This site is to enhance the learning of students studying Computer Science and ICT courses at their secondary stage of their education.

In addition, students who are not on discrete courses may also use this site should they wish to compliment their studies purely to enrich their skills.

 

GCSE OCR Computing

A New course starting this year is the OCR GCSE in Computing. .

Units include:

  • A451 - Computer Systems & Programming
  • A452 - Curent trends in Computing
  • A453 - Programming Project

This GCSE is the new stepping stone to A-Level Computing, our flagship 6th form course. This year, 60% of students who studied our A-Level achieved grades A-B.

Using this site

In class you will be provided with a password to this site. Once you have logged in, you can gain acccess to any course you choose.

Each course will have it's own mini website.

You will need Adobe Flash to enable some of the graphics. However, you do not need flash to view the education content. Just click on the topic links within the mini website to bypass some of the graphics.

Other than this, depending on your course, you might need a PDF reader to view some of the documents.
